Returns + Exchanges only accepts returns for faulty products. Please read the following conditions to ensure you meet the criteria.
IMPORTANT: Return Conditions
  • We will not accept returns that do not have a valid Return Code - Get your return code by completing the 'RETURN CODE REQUEST' form.
  • Please note that we are not obligated to refund items unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Please ensure that returned product is packaged so that they arrive in "as new" condition.
  • Please also note we will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. A full refund will be given in this instance. If you are returning because an item is no longer required, or ordered in error, the shipping fee is non-refundable and you may be asked to pay the re-shipping fee.
How to request a 'Return Code':
  • Before returning any goods for a refund please complete the 'Return Code Request' form on this page to see if the matter can be resolved. This may save you unnecessary shipping costs.
  • Be sure to include your order number (found in the order email or in your 'My Orders' page)
  • We will review your information and (usually) reply with 24 hours
  • If your return is approved you will be sent a 'Return Code' prior to returning the goods.
What to do when your return request is accepted
  • Once your return has been approved, and you have received a Return Code, we will let you know the best address to return your item.
  • Please ensure that you enclose your proof of purchase (receipt or packing slip) and returns number with your return.
  • Please ensure that all goods are wrapped securely and appropriately and arrive at us undamaged. Goods that are unable to be resold will not be exchanged.
