1850points.com only accepts returns for faulty products. Please read the following conditions to ensure you meet the criteria.
IMPORTANT: Return Conditions
We will not accept returns that do not have a valid Return Code - Get your return code by completing the 'RETURN CODE REQUEST' form.
Please note that we are not obligated to refund items unless they are defective or damaged.
Please ensure that returned product is packaged so that they arrive in "as new" condition.
Please also note we will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. A full refund will be given in this instance. If you are returning because an item is no longer required, or ordered in error, the shipping fee is non-refundable and you may be asked to pay the re-shipping fee.
How to request a 'Return Code':
- Before returning any goods for a refund please complete the 'Return Code Request' form on this page to see if the matter can be resolved. This may save you unnecessary shipping costs.
- Be sure to include your order number (found in the order email or in your 'My Orders' page)
- We will review your information and (usually) reply with 24 hours
- If your return is approved you will be sent a 'Return Code' prior to returning the goods.
What to do when your return request is accepted
- Once your return has been approved, and you have received a Return Code, we will let you know the best address to return your item.
- Please ensure that you enclose your proof of purchase (receipt or packing slip) and returns number with your return.
- Please ensure that all goods are wrapped securely and appropriately and arrive at us undamaged. Goods that are unable to be resold will not be exchanged.
